Many thanks for your prompt reply, I downloaded the patch; "8th June 2012" opened up the file again and I still have the exact same issues! (Please see the 3 attachments).Is there anything else I could try?Thanks"

What is the date on your build? This is an older problem that we believed that was fixed. you can go to the Flamingo NXT About box to find out."
