Opening file you'll see how to do it. You can download files from Grabcad library (http://grabcad.com/library?per_page=20&query=Simulated+welding+...).
The matter is arraying along curve an object like a "flattened drop" around the curve resulting from edge of contact between tubes and set a number to array that fit to the best appearance as you like. Would be better get a more accurate shape of the metal fusion path.
