THanks for answering. I just tried it again and no problem this time. I use Firefox mostly, sometimes Chrome .. but the default is Firefox.
Odd ... yesterday I tried the link 4 times and no luck.

I got an error when trying to install the x86 version. It says 'The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the windows installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade path."
The 64-bit worked fine though. Could this be an error caused by having both installed?

Can you check the date on your x86 build? It may be updated. The X64 is actually supposed to patch both.

This was a commercial version installed from disc. Build is 3.1.2012.608 (8-Jun-2012)

The X64 worked fine for both the 32 and 64 bit versions.
I see the confusion. I will see if I can make it clear about which patch to run. Thank you for testing it.
